- What you learned: At the OMFS Externship Workshop hosted by the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Society, I gained valuable insight into how to prepare for and succeed in OMFS externships. The session covered how to choose externship sites, tips for making a strong impression, and what to expect during rotations. It was a great opportunity to hear advice from experienced students and faculty, helping me feel more confident and prepared for my own externship journey.
