Villanova Special Olympics
I attended the Villanova Fall Festival Special Olympics on November 2, 2024. At this event, the athletes are offered dental screenings, fluoride, hygiene instructions, and mouthguards for their sport. This event was a great opportunity to see many patients and meet other students from Temple and Penn. Attending Special Olympics is beneficial to my future career because it helps me learn to treat with patients with special needs and make their dental experience as enjoyable as possible!
