Volunteer at MBC Summer Youth Retreat 2025
During the summer of 2025, from August 1st to August 3rd, I volunteered as a small group teacher at MBC Church’s Youth Summer Retreat, which again took place at a natural hot springs for three days and two nights. I was responsible for teaching and mentoring a group of eight middle school and early high school students. Over the course of the retreat, we engaged in meaningful discussions about the gospel, participated in fellowship activities, and enjoyed various summer events that helped the students and me build stronger connections. This experience continued to develop my leadership and communication skills while reinforcing a sense of community and spiritual growth within the group. Managing discussions, coordinating group activities, and creating an open, engaging environment strengthened my ability to mentor and guide others, skills that are directly applicable to my future career and personal goals.
