  2. Details of the activity (e.g., where, when): Friday, April 4th at 12 – 1 in lecture room B
  3. What you learned: At the event, all panelists shared insightful tips aimed at supporting student success in the clinical setting. A key takeaway was the importance of maintaining consistency with the faculty members who provide feedback, as this minimizes the risk of receiving conflicting advice and helps ensure steady progress. Additionally, the panelists highlighted the ethical responsibility of communicating procedures clearly and in layman’s terms to patients. This practice promotes patient compliance and trust in care.
  4. How the activity relates to coursework or your career goals: As a student soon transitioning into the clinical phase of my education, the insights shared by faculty were very valuable in ensuring success with patient care both in school and as a dental professional post graduation.
