How to Open a Practice
Hosted by the Dental Practice Management Club, I attended a session with Dr. Elice on Tuesday, September 24th in Lecture Room A. Dr. Elice gave excellent guidance on how to successfully open and maintain practice, using his own as an example. Key takeaways from this presentation is that valuing your practice, patients and staff is what sets a good practice from a great one. Dr. Elice\’s guidance is something that I hope to apply in the future in opening or joining with a dental practice after graduation.
