How to to Open a Practice
Temple Dental Practice Management Club hosted a lunch and learn (Sept, 2024) with Dr. Elice, a Temple faculty, about how to open a dental practice. I learned about how important it is to develop and maintain good relationships with not only patients, but staff and the community. Dr. Elice had such unique ways to show his appreciation to staff and patients, it was inspiring and definitely motivated me to put my own spin on how to give back in the future. I also would like to start and own my own practice one day, so this lunch and learn was especially helpful in terms of hearing what Dr. Elice recommends (hiring consultants, architects, advertising, etc.).
