- Crest representatives gave us a lecture on their current line of products and how they relate to what we were learning. Something very important that I learned was that the best toothpaste for preventing caries are brands that contain stannous fluoride instead of sodium fluoride. Ever since this lecture, I have only bought stannous fluoride toothpaste.
- It is important as a dental professional to know details about different brands of toothpaste that we recommend to patients, so we actually know why we are recommending a specific brand or product.
