Endo Study Club Workshop
I have attended Endo Study Club workshop in preclinic on May 27, 2025, 12-1pm. Students demonstrated techniques for access, instrumentation and obturation of teeth #14 and #29. The session began with a review of endodontic access principles, emphasizing the importance of preserving tooth structure while ensuring complete visualization and straight-line access to canal orifices. During the instrumentation portion, I solidified my knowledge about different file systems, glide path creation, and strategies to maintain canal curvature while minimizing procedural errors such as ledging or transportation. Finally, the obturation segment reinforced the importance of achieving a three-dimensional seal to prevent reinfection.
This was particularly helpful for upcoming practical exams.
