Expanding Your Practice: Do’s and Dont’s
Temple Dental Aesthetics Society and Dental Practice Management Club hosted this event in Lecture Hall A on January 22nd from 12-1pm. Dr. Mitchell Zientz talked about his experience opening multiple practices in New York, what he would do differently, and gave many helpful tips. This presentation taught me about the different factors to consider when deciding to open a second practice location. As someone who hopes to open their own practice in the future, I found this very beneficial.
