Mentoring
Mentoring D1 students is a valuable experience that helps new students navigate the challenges of dental school. As a mentor, I provide guidance on coursework, clinical experiences, and managing stress. Mentoring is crucial for building confidence and a sense of community among students. For me, mentoring strengthens leadership and communication skills while reinforcing my own knowledge. It’s an opportunity to give back to the profession by fostering growth in future dental professionals.
