Mentoring
I participated in peer mentoring by sharing my notes and offering guidance to classmates in pre-clinic. I provided tips on hand skills, organization, and strategies that helped me succeed in earlier coursework. This experience strengthened my communication and leadership abilities, both of which are essential in clinical settings. Mentoring also helped me reinforce my own understanding of key concepts through teaching. It aligns with my career goal of becoming a supportive and collaborative dental professional who uplifts others in both academic and practice environments.
