ADA Lobby Day
From April 7th-9th I attended the ADA’s Lobby Day in Washington D.C. Here I had the opportunity to network with other dentists and dental students to discuss relevant issues impacting our profession. We had the opportunity to sit down with state representatives and discuss issues such as dental insurance and student debt. I learned a lot about what it takes to bring our issues into a national spotlight and encourage all students who wish to learn more than just the skills of dentistry to take this trip in the future.
