Accreditation Committee
I served on the CODA Accreditation Committee for the School. This self-study committee starts to prepare for the CODA accreditation by doing self-evaluations of departments against CODA requirements to see if we are fulfilling them or identify what areas need to be improved upon. We met about two times per month and this committee has really revealed what expectations CODA has for dentists who graduate dental school and has helped me better understand the value of everything I am learning and how it relates to being a dentist in general practice.
