Dr. Jay Gohel hosted this Lunch and Learn on Thursday, October 24, 2024, from 12:00-1:00 pm in Lecture Room A. During the presentation, I received advice on various topics about real world dentistry after graduate school, including: residencies vs. on-site mentorship programs; the correlation between office culture and positive case acceptance; and lessons on self accountability and motivation. All the advice on these topics will help positively shape me into a hardworking, trustworthy, and dependable dentist and private practice owner in the future, which is something I greatly aspire to be.
