- I would like to buy a practice on day and this session was helpful in the business side of running a practice and maintaining patient and staff loyalty. She talked about analyzing the earnings of a practice and the costs to determine if it is a successful practice. She gave example of a dentist acquiring an existing practice but the staff and patients were leaving because they had loyalty to the former dentist. These are potential issues I would run into in the future and having a plan/strategies would be helpful with that.
