He explained the importance of analyzing a patient\u2019s smile and facial features, visualizing the end product before starting a smile transformation, and following the natural golden ratio rule of proportions (1:1.618). Dr. Weierbach showed the attendees that many times the \u201cperfect smile\u201d can be \u201cperfectly-imperfect\u201d where a smile would follow a patient\u2019s facial flow rather than aiming for exact symmetry.
