Expanding your practice : Do’s and Don’ts
Attended lunch and learn hosted by Dental Practice Management Club on January 22 in Lecture A. In the presentation with Dr. Zientz, he discussed both the successes and challenges he faced when opening and expanding his practice. He shared insights into what worked well and highlighted some of his regrets, reflecting on mistakes made during the process of expansion. He also shared several financial scenarios to illustrate his points. This presentation relates to my career goals by providing valuable real world insights into practice management and allowing me to make informed decisions when working in private practice.
