Hispanic Student Dental Association Treasurer
For fall 2024 (to current), I have been treasurer of the Hispanic Student Dental Association. Being able to connect with peers over a similar background has helped me form friendships and connections. I’ve attended meetings where we have learned about dental terminology in Spanish, and socials where we got to talk to and socialize with other members. We are currently working on the logistics of attending a national conference and hosting a fundraiser to help provide continued events for the organization.
