  3. This presentation given by Dr. Elice introduced students to consideration for opening a dental practice. Dr. Elice lectured about the mentality you should have when opening a dental practice and what to consider. One key takeaway was the significance of building strong relationships, not just with patients, but also with staff and the wider community.<\/li>\n
  4. Dr. Elice gave great example on strategies for interacting and leading\/inspiring your staff and patients. He also talked about the logistical aspects of opening a practice and establishing and maintaining systems and procedures for a smooth flowing practice.
