Mentoring D1s has been a rewarding experience that has strengthened my own understanding while supporting others through their academic journey. By sharing study strategies, clinical tips, and personal insights, I’ve been able to help them navigate the challenges they might experience in their first dental school with more confidence. It’s fulfilling to see their growth and to know I’m contributing to a supportive learning environment, just as mentors once did for me.
