My role involved helping them transition smoothly into the rigors of dental school by providing guidance on their courses, sharing preclinic-related tips, and offering advice on managing their workload. I focused on building their confidence as they navigated their first year in both academic and preclinical settings. Through this experience, I strengthened my knowledge of foundational dental concepts while honing my mentorship skills.
