The session focused on residency application and interview preparedness, with time for Q&amp;A and discussion of best practices.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"772\"><strong data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"490\">What I Learned:<\/strong><br data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"493\" \/>I gained insight into effective strategies for residency interviews, common concerns applicants face, and key steps to strengthen an application. I also learned the importance of preparation early in the process and how D3 students can begin positioning themselves for success.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"1118\"><strong data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"833\">How the Activity Relates to Coursework or Career Goals:<\/strong><br data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"836\" \/>This forum directly supports my career goal of pursuing residency training by providing practical guidance on navigating the application and interview process.
