For the D1s, it\u2019s a chance to receive guidance on managing coursework, navigating preclinical labs, and adjusting to the pace of dental school. I\u2019ve shared tips that helped me through my first year\u2014like how to study smarter, stay organized, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"890\">At the same time, I\u2019ve grown through this mentorship. I\u2019ve learned how to lead with empathy, communicate more clearly, and become a better listener.
