- Ask open ended questions to patients, you don’t want to hear yes or no answers all the time. Always need to be aware of patient privacy and prevent the exposure of patient information, BE AWARE. Gain trust from the patients and you will gain confidence. Leave your ego at the door and understand that each patient has needs and your work is a reflection of care for your patients. Be honest.
