  3. What you learned: I learned about how to use qualities such as leadership, innovation and communication in dentistry. Dr. Bydalek spoke about his career as a dentist and how he has evolved as a dentist over the years. He spoke of new technology and new techniques for different procedures that can be implemented.<\/li>\n
  4. How the activity relates to coursework or your career goals: Practice management is a very important topic for dental students who are treating patients and getting ready to graduate.
