- What you learned: I learned about how to navigate the dental field as a woman. The speakers discussed raising a family, the negativity that may surround female clinicians and how to be successful while juggling other aspects of life in the future.
- How the activity relates to coursework or your career goals: This lecture was extremely beneficial as a woman in the dental field. The informal discussion with the female doctors at Temple created a comfortable environment to talk about real life issues after dental school. I appreciated this lunch and learn A LOT.
