Student Ambassador
As a Student Ambassador for Temple dental school, I help with various events as needed, such as kit distribution during D1 Orientation Week (August, 2024) and other exciting events. We answer questions or direct prospective and current students to appropriate resources when asked and do our best to represent the school positively and respectfully. Throughout the year we will also have the opportunity to attend information sessions to be on Q&A panels, facilitate discussion, and help out as needed. From these experiences, I learned how rewarding it can be to take part in representing a school that I am proud to be a part of. These activities relate to my future career goals, as I wish to give back to dentistry by help incoming/prospective students, as other ambassadors and mentors had once helped me.
