Philips Oral Healthcare Session
On August 23, 2024, I attended a lunch and learn event titled “Phillips Oral B Healthcare Session,” held in Lecture Room B at the dental school and sponsored by Phillips Oral Health. The session provided valuable insights into how Phillips Oral B toothbrushes use advanced technology to increase brushing strokes per second for a more thorough clean. We also learned about their whitening products, focusing on the ingredients used to reduce sensitivity compared to other kits. This experience contributed to my career by providing firsthand knowledge of dental care products, enabling me to make informed recommendations to patients, and it aligns with my coursework and career goals by integrating the latest dental advancements into practice.
