Child Abuse and Neglect

- During this presentation, I learned about child abuse and neglect. We reviewed physical signs of abuse like cigarette burns, whipping, and bite marks. Other signs were discussed, such as inappropriate clothes for the season, as well.
- This activity relates to my career goals so I can recognize signs of abuse and/or neglect in my pediatric patients.
