Practice Management: Problems and Operating a Successful Practice
I attended a Lunch and Learn on February 16th, 2024 led by Temple Alumni Dr. Carlston and Dr. Colledge. We learned about the value of maintaining mentorship in business and dentistry, the importance of autonomy in what type of dentistry students want to pursue, and information about the over-saturation within the field of dentistry. Following the presentation, Drs. Carlston and Colledge led a great discussion about how organized and efficient dental management enables dental providers to deliver treatments efficiently and ensure positive outcomes and experiences for patients.
