Lunch & Learn: “How to Buy a Dental Practice” with Dr. Loren Genetti
I am a part of the Dental Practice Management Club and they offered the opportunity to attend a lecture given by Dr. Loren Genetti about how to buy a dental practice. This Lunch and Learn was hosted on November 12th, 2023 in Lecture room A. Dr. Genetti enlightened us about her journey through dental school and the path that she took after graduating. She also informed us about other pathways and options that she did not take but are paths that we could potentially take post-graduation. While she was discussing how she bought her practice she spoke very positively and filled the room with good morale. She was very inspiring and motivating. At the end of the lecture she provided us with resources and her contact information if we had any questions or if we even just needed someone to talk to. This activity relates to my career because after I graduate dental school I would like to own my own practice and the information that she provided us with was very eye opening and I learned a lot from her.
