I learned about the realities of practicing after graduation, including how to decide between residency and on-site mentorship programs. Dr. Gohel emphasized the importance of <strong data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"566\">office culture<\/strong> and how strong patient relationships directly improve <strong data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"640\">case acceptance<\/strong>\u2014a practical connection I had never considered before.<\/li>\n<li>This activity connected directly to my coursework by showing how the clinical and communication skills we learn in school translate into daily practice. It also supported my career goals by helping me understand post-graduate options, the importance of strong patient relationships, and how office culture influences successful treatment.
