As a class representative, I acted as a bridge between students and faculty, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and ensuring transparent communication in both didactic courses and pre-clinical labs. I worked to advocate for student needs, clarify expectations, and collaborate with faculty on solutions that improved the academic experience.<\/li>\n
  6. This role strengthened my leadership, public speaking, and conflict-resolution skills while teaching me how to represent diverse perspectives and promote a collaborative learning environment.
