American Association of Public Health Dentistry-Student Chapter
I have become a member of the American Association of Public Health Dentistry-Student Chapter as of February 2025. I attended the first general body meeting Wednesday January 29. I felt very drawn into the mission of this club which is to share our passion of service and dentistry while providing the community with optimal oral health care. With this club, I plan to participate with fellow members in many outreach programs. I really liked how this club is deeply focused on the outreach portion of dentistry as this is something I always find so fulfilling. The experiences and opportunities that this club will provide will be beneficial to my career as I will be reaching a broader population and develop skills that I would not have learned from the clinic.
